TG Kapton Insulation Sheet Black Edition
The Kapton Insulation Sheet Black Edition is a polyimide film designed for high-temperature applications up to 260 °C. It serves as an installation aid for electrically conductive thermal interface materials (TIM), such as Conductonaut liquid metal, Carbonaut, or KryoSheet.
Black Edition: Thinner, Stronger, and Ideal for Precise Masking
This insulation sheet is ideal for masking sensitive components such as SMDs on a CPU or GPU when using electrically conductive materials. Compared to the standard Kapton Insulation Sheet, the Black Edition is thinner and offers a significantly higher breakdown voltage, making it suitable for more demanding applications.
The Kapton Insulation Sheet Black Edition is supplied as carrier sheets with pre-cut adhesive strips for convenient handling. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the contact surfaces before application, for example by using isopropyl alcohol, to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
