At Computer Lounge, we ensure every order is securely packaged and tracked for safe, reliable delivery.

Every single order is meticulously protected in bubble or cushioned by paper to give a blanket of protection before being placed into a cardboard shipper or courier bag, to prevent any movement during transportation. 

For those seeking an extra level of security, we offer our Armour Plate Option. This includes an additional layer of protection with bubble wrap and a extra cardboard overlay, ideal if you’d like added peace of mind for your order’s journey.

Once your order is packaged and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only courier ticket, we will email you the tracking info to make sure you can track it every step of the way and to make sure it ends up in the right place.

What is the Armour Plate Option?

The cost of the Armour Plate Option varies based on the size and weight of your order. You’ll see the additional charge at checkout when you select this option.

How are orders dispatched?

Once your order is packaged and ready to go, we will dispatch your order using a signature-only courier ticket. We will email you the tracking info to ensure you can track it every step of the way and to make sure it ends up in the right place.

What are the delivery rates and delivery times within New Zealand?

Delivery in New Zealand is by Courier Post signature required only.

Auckland: 1-3 Working Days - From $5.90

North Island: 1-3 Working Days - From $7.90

South Island: 1-3 Working Days - From $8.90

South Island Overnight: 1-3 Working Days - From $14.90

Rural: If you live in a rural address, please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for your delivery.

Bulk: Please allow an extra 4 - 10 days for your delivery.

Saturday Delivery: Applies to in-stock items only. Cut-off time is 4:00 pm Friday. (Due to the current high demand for deliveries, couriers are under a lot of pressure. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Until further notice, this delivery option is non-refundable.)

How long does it take to process orders?

  • In-Stock: Ships within 1 working day (We have physical stock at Computer Lounge).
  • Back Order: Not In-stock at Computer Lounge.
  • In-Stock at Supplier: Ships within 2 - 3 Working days (In-stock at Local Supplier). Note: This is a shipping estimation based on ETA’s provided by local suppliers. Our team will be in contact once your item has been shipped.

For orders that consist of standard components, processing times are generally half a day to one day once payment is confirmed.

If you order a Computer Lounge System, build time generally takes between 5 - 7 working days once we have received payment.

Receiving Your Delivery

Before signing for delivery, check that the item(s) are in good condition and not damaged. Once signed, it means you have accepted the delivery. Neither Computer Lounge nor the courier provider will refund or replace any item(s) that have been lost, damaged, or stolen after signing. If the courier driver is unwilling to wait for you to check the item(s), sign with “courier driver not willing to wait” and ask the driver to sign it as well. Inform Computer Lounge within 48 hours to initiate an investigation on your behalf.

How do we calculate freight?

Shipping around NZ starts from $5.90 and is calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

When do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch on every business day from Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on Public Holidays or weekends. If there is a public holiday during the week, please allow an extra day for delivery.

What is Signature Only Tracked Delivery?

A signature-only tracked delivery means that your order will not be left at your requested delivery address unattended and will need to be accepted by signature. If you are not there to receive it, the courier will leave a calling card so you can call them to arrange a redelivery or collect from their depot.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, your account will be updated with a tracking link. We will also email this to you so you can track your order every step of the way.

Help with Orders

The item I purchased has not arrived.

The item I purchased has been lost in transit.

If the tracking details indicate delivery but you can't find the item, contact Computer Lounge within 7 days for an investigation.

If you received the wrong item, submit a return request (RMA) with photo verification. The item must be unopened and in mint condition for a replacement.

The item I purchased has been damaged in transit.

Report any damage within 24 hours. Submit an RMA with photo verification. Retain the original packaging for the claim process. The courier company will collect the goods from your delivery address once the claim is processed.
