DDR5 RAM Usage Recommendation
For motherboards of 12th Gen Core processors, using all four slots with DDR5 memory modules may result in operating frequencies lower than the advertised value. It is recommended to use a dual-slot configuration with DDR5 modules installed in slots 2 and 4. Please update the BIOS to the latest version to ensure smooth and stable operation.
Powerfully Upgraded DRAM Performance
The latest KingBank Heatsink series memory modules feature a base frequency of 6400MHz and offer exceptional overclocking potential. With upgraded speed and performance, these new DDR5 modules are designed to significantly enhance creative workloads and gaming performance.
Selected Hynix M-Die Chips
Equipped with Hynix M-Die chips, these DDR5 memory modules deliver ultra-low latency and outstanding overclocking capability. They provide enhanced system performance while maintaining excellent stability and data security.
PMIC Empowered Stability
DDR5 modules operate at 1.4V and may generate more heat compared to DDR4. With an integrated PMIC chip, data security and operational stability are further improved, ensuring smooth performance during intensive workloads.
Advanced 10-Layer PCB Design
Upgraded from an 8-layer to a 10-layer PCB design, the more complex circuit layout improves power distribution stability, enhances signal integrity, and supports higher overclocking potential. The additional PCB layers also contribute to longer lifespan and more efficient high-performance operation.
Industry-Level Thermal Paste
Featuring high-performance thermal paste with strong resistance to moisture, shock, electrical, and chemical interference, the memory modules maintain stable operation within a temperature range of -60℃ to 80℃. The paste ensures excellent adhesion to both metal and non-metal materials without swelling issues.
DDR5 Upgraded Configuration
The DDR5 modules utilize a new dual-channel DIMM configuration that splits a 64-bit bandwidth into two independent 32-bit channels. This design improves random data access speed while reducing latency. DDR5 bank groups support x2, x4, and x8 configurations, totaling 16 to 32 banks, enhancing efficiency and lowering CAS latency during simultaneous multi-interface access.
ECC Protection
DDR5 modules are equipped with ECC (Error Correction Code) technology, providing additional protection against single-bit errors within the memory arrays and improving overall system reliability.
