For mid-range and high-end builds, 32GB is the better long-term option. It gives you smoother multitasking, stronger performance in heavier games, and more breathing room for future titles.

For pure gaming, 64GB is usually unnecessary. Unless you are also doing heavy content creation, 4K video editing, workstation tasks, or local AI work, that money is usually better spent elsewhere.
