Kryonaut uses a special support structure, which does not start dehydration even at 80 ° C. This carrier structure ensures that the nano-aluminum and Znk oxide components of the paste that are contained in the paste optimally bond and thus unevenness of the heat transfer medium (e.g. the CPU) and a heat sink (eg heat sink) are optimally compensated for with outstanding thermal conductivity.

OVERVIEW

TG Remove is an acetone based nano-cleaner for the best cleaning results of thermal paste. In addition TG Remove has a degreasing effect which helps preparing the surface for new application e. g. on CPUs.


TG Remove was developed by Thermal Grizzly with the focus on removing thermal paste and residues in the most efficient way. The cleaner has deep cleansing properties which helps removing remaining conventional thermal paste but also liquid metal based thermal compounds such as Conductonaut.


The degreasing effect helps to prepare the surface for best liquid metal application.
