TRI FROZR 3S Thermal Design

• 01. SHARP LOOKS

  The second iteration of SUPRIM inherits the exterior design philosophy of its predecessor, with a brushed metal cover, octagon-shaped fan cutouts and chevrons around each fan.

• 02. POLISHED EDGES

  Beveled edges are polished several times with a diamond-tipped cutter to achieve a mirror-finish. Clean sharp lines emphasize the metal construction to sight and touch.

• 03. FINISHING TOUCHES

  The motif of straight lines continue around the fans with octagonal cutouts featuring polished 45-degree beveled edges.

METAL BACKPLATE

Thermal pads under the sturdy metal backplate provide additional cooling while the flow-through ventilation reduces trapped heat.

ZERO FROZR

The fans completely stop when temperatures are relatively low, eliminating all noise when active cooling is not needed. The fans will automatically start spinning again when the heat is on during gaming.

DOUBLE-BALL BEARING

Two sets of durable ball bearings spin the TORX FANs for years of intense and lengthy gaming sessions.

TRI-FROZR 3S THERMAL DESIGN

• TORX FAN 5.0 incorporates design improvements that result in +23% increased airflow compared to an axial fan.

• The trailing end of each ring arc folds inward to reduce turbulence and drag.

• A fan cowl extends a bit beyond the general enclosure to lengthen the wind’s passageway, allowing airflow to stabilize and move smoother through the fans.

VAPOR CHAMBER

A Vapor Chamber is excellent for rapidly stabilizing heat on a planar surface. The GPU and VRAM are covered with a Vapor Chamber which transfers heat to Core Pipes.

CORE PIPE

Core Pipes are precision-crafted to make maximum use of the available space. A squared section of heat pipes fully touch the vapor chamber to then spread heat along the full length of the heatsink.

RELENTLESS DEFENSE

A die-cast anti-bending plate reinforces the whole card while thermal pads allow cooling to reach critical component underneath.
