TUF GAMING Z790-PRO WIFI combines the latest Intel® processors with game-ready features and military-grade durability. With its premium power solution and comprehensive cooling system, this motherboard delivers rock-solid performance for marathon gaming. Connectivity

The TUF-GAMING Z790-PRO WIFI reaches new heights of performance potential with the latest version of PCI Express, while an arsenal of USB ports includes three Type-C connections, and Thunderbolt 4 expands compatibility and bandwidth even further. In addition to breakneck data transfers, connected devices can also top-up quickly, with support for up to 30 watts of charging.


PCIe 5.0

The latest Intel processors bring PCIe 5.0 support to the market. PCIe 5.0 offers twice the data transfer speed of PCIe 4.0, making it robust enough to handle new data-heavy tasks. PCIe 5.0 also brings other benefits, such as electrical changes to improve signal integrity, backward-compatible CEM connectors for add-in cards, and backward compatibility with previous versions of the PCIe bus.


Thunderbolt™(USB4®) Support

The TUF GAMING Z790 series features Thunderbolt 4 support via an on-board header. With an Intel-certified ASUS ThunderboltEX 4 add-on card*, this motherboard can also enable bi-directional speeds of up to 40 Gbps on a single cable. Additionally, this card has a daisy-chain function for multiscreen connection and supports up to an 8K-resolution display. It can also provide up to 100 watts of power to fast-charge devices.

16+1+1 power stages are each rated to handle up to 60 amperes, combining high-side and low-side MOSFETS and drivers into a single package to deliver power, efficiency and stable performance for all compatible Intel processors.
