At Computer Lounge all of our computers undergo thorough testing and optimization before they reach the your doorstep. By running each PC through our standardized testing and optimization procedure (eg. I/O ports checklist, thermal stability tests, performance stress tests, etc.), we can ensure that all of the components are working together seamlessly to give you the best experience possible, right out of the box.

We aim to ship all in stock pre-built PCs within 1 - 3 working days. We ship every business day Monday to Friday. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends. If there is a public holiday during the week please allow an extra day for delivery.

At Computer Lounge, we pride ourselves in prioritizing the safety of your PC. All of our pre-built PCs are packed using foam padding internally and boxed meticulously to ensure safe transit.
Once your order is packed and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only courier ticket. We will automatically email you the tracking info to make sure you can track the PC every step of the way so you can be assured it ends up in the right place.
Please remove all the packaging material before turning on your PC to avoid damaging components.
