No! All of our pre-built PC's come pre-assembled and ready to use straight out of the box. Simply plug in the power cable, connect your peripherals and you're ready to go.

Our pre-built computers are shipped out with a multi-layer protection system. We have external protection around the case and internal padding/protection inside the PC to ensure all of your components are locked in place in the event of a bumpy courier journey.

Once your order is packed and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only courier ticket, We will automatically email you the tracking info to make sure you can track it every step of the way so you make sure it ends up in the right place.

You must remove all the packaging material before turning on your PC to avoid damaging components.

At Computer Lounge all of our computers undergo thorough testing and optimization before they reach the your doorstep. By running each PC through a standardized testing and optimization procedure (eg. I/O ports checklist, thermal stability tests, performance stress tests, etc.), we can ensure that all of the components are working together seamlessly to give you the best experience possible, right out of the box.

We dispatch on every business day Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch on public holidays or weekends. If there is a public holiday during the week please allow an extra day for delivery.
