Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” means PSG Limited trading as Computer Lounge.
“You”, “Your”, “Customer” means the purchaser of the qualifying product.
“Qualifying Product” means any item that must be purchased to receive a promotional item or bonus offer.
“Promotional Item” / “Bonus Offer” means any product, code, or benefit provided as part of a promotion, subject to these terms.
“Vendor” means a third-party manufacturer, distributor, or brand (for example ASUS, Samsung, Logitech) that may organise and fulfil a promotion independently of Computer Lounge.

1. Eligibility & Participation

Promotions are open to New Zealand residents only. You must be aged 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to participate, which implies agreement to these terms on the participant’s behalf. Employees, contractors, and immediate families of PSG Limited trading as Computer Lounge are not eligible, unless explicitly stated. We may request proof of age, residency, or identity.

2. Promotion Mechanics

To be eligible, a qualifying product must be purchased during the promotion period. The promotion period will be clearly specified on the relevant promotion page or communication and is based on New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) or New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT), as applicable.

Promotional items or bonus offers are available strictly while stocks last. Computer Lounge reserves the right to substitute any promotional item or bonus offer with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the original item is unavailable.

3. One Promotional Item or Bonus Offer per Qualifying Product

There is a limit of one promotional item or bonus offer per qualifying purchase unless otherwise stated. Promotional items or bonus offers cannot be combined or accumulated across multiple transactions, and offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specifically allowed.

4. Promotional Item / Bonus Offer Conditions

Promotional items and bonus offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Items must be kept in their original condition, including packaging and documentation, and remain unused. Digital items (for example game codes) may have expiry dates or publisher conditions beyond our control.

Some digital services (for example Microsoft Xbox Game Pass) may require entering payment details and/or creating an external account. We are not responsible for any charges or subscription renewals following activation. Some game codes may also have age restrictions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they meet these requirements.

For Computer Lounge run promotions involving game codes, once the promotion has ended and a valid application or claim is received, codes are generally sent out within 7 working days. Delivery time frames may vary during periods of high demand or due to technical issues.

Lost or stolen promotional items or bonus offers will not be replaced.

5. Returns & Refunds

Consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to faulty goods. If you return a qualifying product, you must also return the promotional item or bonus offer in its original condition. Promotional items and bonus offers are provided on the condition that the qualifying product is not returned.

If the promotional item or bonus offer is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund or invoiced to you separately. Where the promotional item or bonus offer cannot reasonably be returned (for example if it is used, activated, or damaged), its value will be deducted before your return is processed. This clause does not limit any rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

6. Vendor Promotions

Some promotions may be organised and fulfilled directly by third-party vendors (for example ASUS, Samsung, Logitech). In these cases, end users must agree to and comply with the Terms and Conditions set by the vendor running the promotion, and all enquiries, applications, or redemptions must be made directly through the vendor’s website or redemption portal.

Computer Lounge is not involved in the redemption process and is not responsible for the administration, validation, or fulfilment of these vendor-run promotions. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or declined claims resulting from a vendor’s systems, requirements, or processes. Any questions or disputes regarding eligibility, redemption, or the application of the vendor’s terms must be addressed directly to the vendor.

Where a promotion requires proof of purchase or serial number submission, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information to the vendor in the form requested. Vendor promotions may have specific timeframes, geographic restrictions, or eligibility criteria that differ from Computer Lounge promotions. Customers must ensure they meet these requirements. For questions or details related to a vendor promotion, please contact the respective vendor directly.

7. Fraud, Manipulation & Disqualification

Computer Lounge reserves the right to monitor participation in promotions to ensure compliance with these terms. We may disqualify, refuse to honour, or cancel any promotional item or bonus offer if we reasonably believe a customer has manipulated or interfered with the promotion process, provided false or misleading information, attempted to claim multiple items in breach of these terms, used automated tools or scripts, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Our decision regarding disqualification is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Errors & Omissions

We are not responsible for technical errors, delays, or misprints related to promotions. If a promotional item or bonus offer is advertised or supplied in error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the offer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. PSG Limited trading as Computer Lounge is not otherwise liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in a promotion or accepting a promotional item or bonus offer. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel

We reserve the right to verify eligibility or compliance before honouring any claim. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time due to supply issues, fraud, system error, or unforeseen events. All decisions made by us are final.

11. Privacy & Data

By participating in a promotion, you agree to receive relevant communications regarding it. Personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

12. Social Media Participation & Publicity

By entering a promotion or giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that:

They may be required to follow or engage with our official social media channels as a condition of entry.

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including being photographed or recorded when receiving their prize.

Computer Lounge reserves the right to use such photos, videos, or other content featuring the winner for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, websites, and advertising materials, without further compensation or notice.

Participants have the right to decline participation in publicity activities at the time of winning, but doing so may affect eligibility for the prize at our discretion.
