- Wait for approval.
- After approval, choose how you want to buy.
Purchase in store
- Credit Capable sends the documents to you and Computer Lounge.
- A salesperson helps you complete the paperwork.
- Pay any required deposit to Computer Lounge.
- Your order will be ready to pick up.*
Purchase online
- Credit Capable emails the documents to you.
- After you receive the approval email, place your order on our site using the Bank Deposit (Direct Credit) payment option at checkout.
- Pay any required deposit to Computer Lounge.
- Email orders@computerlounge.co.nz with your order number and your Credit Capable agreement number.
- We ship your order once Credit Capable confirms your paperwork is complete and any required deposit has been paid.*

How long will it take
The speed of your application can vary depending on the requirements of your purchase and information provided on your application form. Credit Capable generally takes up to 30 minutes from application, to send the paperwork for your purchase via email during business hours.
Setting up Your Repayments
Your repayments are not due to be set-up until you have received your welcome letter. The welcome letter generally takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive via email from when we receive payment notification for your purchase from Credit Capable. It will be sent to the email address supplied on your application.
